The New Testament containing 27 volumes starts from the Gospel according to MATTHEW. The four Gospels of MATTHEW, MARK, LUKE, and JOHN written by Jesus' disciples describe the life of Jesus.
Just as God promised in the Old Testament, Jesus was born. During 3.5 years after he grew up as an adult, he performed what God had required, by forgiving sinners, healing the sick and people possessed by demons, and gave good news to the poor.
Jesus, God's only son, testified God, by performing many miracles and covenants. Nevertheless, he was crucified to death, by Jews who had not understood Jesus, and three days after his death, he was resurrected. Afterward, he appeared to his disciples and then went up to the Heaven. But, just as he promised, he sent the Hold Spirit out in the world to extend Gospel.
